The Studmuffins II: the night sky
Introducing our latest simple studs, two pairs of earrings but you can choose one of 3 options: “star struck” (double stars), “over the moon” (double crescent), or “the night sky” (one of each!). These beauties are gorgeous alone or for stacking, and join the rest of our Studmuffins collection with flat screw backs. They are non-tarnish, waterproof, hypoallergenic, absolutely perfect for everyday wear.
Why flat backs?
Comfort: say goodbye to pointy ends rubbing against your neck, ever (especially when you’re sleeping)!
Versatility: you can choose to wear them as your regular earrings or as your cartilage earrings
Once twisted on properly and on, these beauties are keepers!
Child friendly: our latest studs have passed the test from the pickiest of customers- a CHILD. My 6 year old kept complaining about her earrings and a couple of times just losing them because the butterflies would keep falling off; once I switched to giving her a pair of our simple Studmuffins, she stubbornly told me she would never go back to pointy (butterfly) backs because they “hurt too much”!
**Please Note: length of rod on these studs is 7mm. If you are wanting these beauties for a child, the fit may vary depending on the thickness of the child’s ear lobe (especially in the case of little ears under 5 years old) and the earrings may sit a little loose until the child grows into them such that the gap between the lobe and the flat back is bridged.
Advice: since it takes a little work to screw on the flat backs of these beauties, would highly recommend sitting down to put them on; that way, if the back slips out of your hands while you’re putting on, you can easily see where they’ve fallen!
